Cancellation Policy

At Sweet Pea Flower Truck, we’re committed to making your floral experience seamless and stress-free. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our booking policy below: Booking Requirements Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Minimum Lead Time: Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance to allow for preparation and flower sourcing. Payment Terms Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods. Changes & Cancellations Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 7 days before the original date without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Travel Fees Events outside Huron city limits may incur additional travel fees, which will be calculated based on distance and included in your quote. Event Policies Setup Time: We require access to the venue at least 1 hour prior to the event for setup. Cleanup: We will handle all cleanup related to our services; however, any damages to rental items (e.g., vases, shears, containers) will be charged to the client. Weather Policy For outdoor events, clients must provide a covered space or backup location in case of inclement weather. By booking with Sweet Pea Flower Truck, you agree to these terms.
