Plus, our personalized Petal Parking Station ensures their bouquets are safely stored while they celebrate, ready to grab on their way out.
Cancellation Policy
At Sweet Pea Flower Truck, we’re committed to making your floral experience seamless and stress-free. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our booking policy below: Booking Requirements Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Payment Terms Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, & all major credit cards. Changes & Cancellations Rescheduling or Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your event up to 30 days before the original date without penalty, subject to availability. You will forfeit 100% of your deposit. Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 30 days & after final payment will forfeit full balance as your floral order has been purchased. Flowers are yours to keep or donate. Travel Fees Events outside Huron city limits may incur additional travel fees, which will be calculated based on distance and included in your quote. Event Policies Setup Time: We require access to the venue at least 1 hour prior to the event for setup. Cleanup: We will handle all cleanup related to our services; however, any damages to rental items (e.g., vases, shears, containers) will be charged to the client. Weather Policy For outdoor events, clients must provide a covered space or backup location in case of inclement weather. By booking with Sweet Pea Flower Truck, you agree to these terms.
