Welcome to Sweet Pea Flower Truck! By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, bookings, and interactions with Sweet Pea Flower Truck.

  • By placing an order or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription services, such as Bloom Boxes, are billed monthly.

  • Changes to subscriptions (e.g., size, delivery preferences) must be made at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled delivery.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

Delivery and Shipping

  • Deliveries within Huron city limits are free of charge.

  • For deliveries outside Huron city limits, a delivery fee will apply. Fees are calculated based on distance and will be communicated during checkout.

  • Deliveries are made on the last Thursday of each month unless otherwise specified (e.g., holiday schedules).

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Sweet Pea Flower Truck is not liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Floral Arrangements & Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the delivery date to receive a full refund.

  • Workshops & Events: Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund.

Special Requests

  • Allergy information or specific requests must be noted at the time of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate, but certain requests may not always be possible due to seasonality or availability.

Damages and Replacements

  • If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Sweet Pea Flower Truck and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

Liability

  • Sweet Pea Flower Truck is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or products, including delays, errors, or omissions.
